changing wxman collective is completely community-based, and we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for our amazing, passionate team members. their love, power, and compassion truly make this place what it is. because we want this collective to be as collaborative as possible, our masthead mainly works as leads for smaller teams, instead of as an e-board, and roles are divided up by the collective’s arts and literary genres.

above photo and many of the team photos below are photographed by Lauren Song! to contact her for a shoot, her social media can be accessed here.

victoria cuesta

My name is Victoria Alejandra and I am a second year student at King’s College London, currently studying abroad at The University of Hong Kong. Most importantly, however, I am a Venezuelan political immigrant, something that was once an insecurity, but is now my strongest asset. My current goal is to amplify the presence of Venezuelan refugee voices and narrative in mainstream media, hoping that one day the often unspoken, struggles of my nation are acknowledged by the global community.
